We are in the rural and quiet part of town where it feels like you’re far away, but you’re right in the city of Vancouver! Stores like Walmart & Costco are only 10-12 minutes away. If you’re on vacation mode- Instacart delivers to this location!

This custom-built home lacks no details and most of the furniture and bedding are brand new.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

If possible, please put all dirty bed sheets (not including comforter or mattress protector) in the laundry along with any dirty towels.
Please be sure to be out of the house by 11AM. This is required so that the house can be cleaned before the next guests

Very comfortable, neat and clean home. Spacious, full of light, nicely decorated. Open, lovely kitchen. Beds comfortable. Showers were not hot enough for us, but baths were. Owner told us we could turn up the heat on the tankless water heater, but we ended up not doing that, and we did not know where it was. Property: very quiet, but the landscaping around the house was full of brambles and weeds. Stark contrast to the inside of the house.
