A place on the a bay was a perfect relaxing vacation. Just far enough away from the crowds yet close enough to walk to the attractions. High light was sitting on the deck enjoying all the surroundings

Property was pictures were accurate of the space. The condo was super close to all that booth bay harbor has to offer. Loved sitting on the deck and looking out on the harbor. If we look to come back, we would definitely stay here again.

Property was even better than the photos; great location for enjoying Boothbay; everything is nicely labeled so you are not hunting for anything; and they provided so much to make our stay so enjoyable! Great views off of the living/kitchen area and off of the bedrooms. You can literally walk everywhere in Boothbay, and there are so many great places so close to the house. Shane is a great host and responded so quickly to my (too numerous) texts!We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in this property 6 or 7 years ago when it was under different ownership. The current owners have made some lovely renovations. The house was well appointed and the kitchen cabinets were labeled making it easy to find everything. We cooked several meals at home and enjoyed the grill too. We love the location with its beautiful views and ability to walk to everything. Shan was easy to reach when we had a question. We love this cozy waterfront hideaway!

This beautiful condo was close to everything- shops, restaurants and harbor activities were all literally a five to ten minute walk away. The view when stepping out onto either of the decks was perfect, making time spent at home so peaceful and relaxing! Literally everything that one might need was stocked, from laundry soap to spices to shampoo- things you wouldn't expect but which made life simpler because they were there. The host was readily available for any questions, and super nice. We give our experience a 10!

We had a great stay - the house was beautiful and very comfortable, and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in town. We will absolutely be planning to stay here again next time we’re in town.

This guest was upset that the condo would not reach 88 degrees with temperatures in the teens outside. We offered to overnight space heaters but the offer was declined. We will set better expectations in the future that the warmest it will reach is 78-80 when very cold outside. Thank you.
