Sleeps 6 w/king, queen & queen sofa sleeper.
2-bedrooms/2 baths, living room, dining, washer/dryer & deck.
Game tables, exercise bike & yoga mat downstairs.
Marina in the neighborhood with boat & other water sport rentals.
Treetop feel, kid approved. No pets. Cameras on front of home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash- must be bagged & set in can on side of home. NO LOOSE trash inside can. If you can’t access outside can, let host know you're physically unable. NO SMOKING. NO PETS ($1,500 auto violation fee)
Turn lights/fans off up & down. Set both thermostats: Summer set ac to 77. Winter heat to 65. Lock all windows/doors. Use keypad only to lock door. Put TV, fireplace & fan remotes where they belong.
Return gate/amenity key/fob to binder. Forgetting result in a $225 fee. You cannot mail it back. See binder on the counter at check-in for additional instructions. No illegal drugs in home. Thanks
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS ($1,500 auto violation fee due to owners sever allergies. All children/teens must be on reservation. SMOKING Outside only w/doors/windowclosed
When personal items are left, guest will receive a billing summary request to pay the shipping costs for host to ship items back to guest address.
Stains to any surface in addition to furniture, towels and linens including makeup, hair dye, tanning cream or misc. will result in charges to guest.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love Bear Paw and all the beauty in and around the neighborhood. My husband grew up spending time on the lake and with friends/family in Bear Paw since he was young. We couldn't wait to build a home there we can enjoy as a family and offer the opportunity for others to enjoy as well.

What makes this property unique

It's brand new but was built with a focus of a modern day cabin feel. It's very clean and new and especially easy to park at with a flat drive, ramp or 3-step entry and basically everything you need is on the main level except the gaming tables.
