Our host Emmy was very helpful and attentive with advice about supermarket shopping, taxis, local restaurants. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and exactly as it looks in the pictures. The area is charming, a network of little streets with stylishly restored warehouses, lots of greenery, a mix of arty, family-oriented neighbourhood. Very convenient to walk into the historic centre. We were very happy there.

A well presented apartment in a quiet location. About a 20 minute walk to the town centre with many different shops and a supermarket close by. The owner Emmy greeted us, showed us the apartment and gave us alot of helpful information.Slightly unnerving was the light fitting over the dining table, it didn't turn on unless you screwed the light bulb in and then out to turn off, do hope Emmy got it fixed!Overall a lovely place to stay.

Our 4 night stay in Amsterdam was great! Emmy met promptly and us gave us the low down on arrival, maps, flat info and a warm welcome. The flat is in the ground level!! Which is a blessing in Amsterdam, fully equipped kitchen with some condiments, dish soap, linen, washers and coffee! All added benefits! Full size bed, comfortable and “very” cozy, LR you can spread out. Large grocery store 6 min walk and about 16 min walk to the Center area!Walking is king here, or a bike if you are daring!Enjoy

We had a lovely stay at Emmy's apartment. Emmy was very responsive and welcoming, including leading up to the stay and after we checkout out when I realized I had left a previous valuable behind. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on a quiet street, walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend staying here!

I was looking for a spot within walking to central Amsterdam and the Jordaan area. I also wanted to be close to public transportation. She advertised both and was spot on. A short 2 block walk to a tram/bus spot connected me to all of Amsterdam and the Netherlands. My 40 day stay was exceptionally easy to navigate from that location. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. She responded to 2 minor issues quickly. The only problem I had is I wanted to stay longer.
