We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The grounds were so beautiful and we had a great time eating at the picnic table on the gorgeous front lawn (the waterfall and trail behind the house was also really nice).The house was very comfortable for 4 adults. Our athletic adult son was able to use the loft (though it may not be ideal for young kids). The house was clean and the host was super responsive.Highly recommend!

It’s lovely, quiet property with the waterfall burbling in the background. A good location in relation to Garden Bay and Madeira Park.

This was really a lovely stay. The host was very responsive with answering our questions, and the house and grounds were rustic and charming. The foyer is a mud room of sorts with disposable slippers provided, and the cutlery drawer also had chopsticks, which our mostly Chinese family appreciated! The beds were very comfortable, including the mattresses in the loft. The waterfall when we went in dry August was just a trickle but it must be lovely in the spring. My only caveat is that the house has quite a few steps inside, including a step up to the master bedroom and a step to the hallway, which we constantly forgot and had to be careful to avoid tripping over, but they’re just single steps, so not a problem to navigate if you remembered them! Would definitely rent here again!
