2 high-end, large TVs in 2 living rooms in different levels provide unlimited entertainment options for different audiences.
Eat out at one of the many local, water-front restaurants or entertain in one or both of the fully equipped, quartz counter top, modern kitchens.
2 washers, 2 dryers and 3 bathrooms serving 5 bedrooms over 2 levels provides ample utility for large numbers of guests e.g. extended families, friends and family or two seperate families.
Upper level, large sliding doors open to lanai overlooking canal sunset to cap your evenings off. Driveway parking for 4 cars. The home was perfect for our group. Very well equipped with pool/beach towels, pool toys, all kitchen accessories, seasonings, and everything we could think of needing. The host was very easy to get in touch with and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed the place and look forward to coming back!

This location was a 10 out of 10 for our family trip. We had swimming, fishing, and kayaking all without driving. The place was very clean and the communication was very timely with owners. Abundant supplies in the kitchen, blankets/pillows, towels for swimming, beach, and showers. Wonderful indoor/outdoor experience with the sliding doors that open up to the pool and a screen in porch to watch the storms roll in.

Property as advertised. We had the whole house for Labor Day weekend. Holiday pricing was a little more than we’d expect however the amazing communication from the hosts and his willingness to help find solutions for one of our family members who is 81 with some mobility issues, made up,for it. Looking at other dates, the pricing is very reasonable and we hope to schedule a return trip. The pool water temp was perfect. Lots of pool floats for the kiddos and chairs to relax in the sun. Seating area looking out over the dock onto the canal was perfect. The home was centrally located for the activities our family group (ranged from age 4 to 81) wanted to do. The host suggested some great restaurants that were very close by. Beds were clean and comfortable. Upstairs bathroom has been renovated and was super nice. Having 10 adults and two kids, having two sets of washer/dryer was very convenient. Having both a drip and Kuerig style coffee pot worked out well for the diverse likes of our group. Plenty of room inside for everyone to play games and watch the games during a few short rainstorms.
