45' on CROOKED LAKE + a BIKE TRAIL out your back door. The perfect location for your home away from home. Full bed in bedroom plus a a sleeper sofa allowing for two extra guests. A covered porch offers great views of Crooked Lake. The home is located on US31, which divides the home and water.

Beautiful View/Great Location

A quaint & cozy place with a beautiful view of Crooked Lake with a dock available for your boat. Access to the inland waterway is priceless! Has everything you need for an up north getaway. Close to Petoskey, Bay Harbor & Alanson. Only 2.5 hours from Pictured Rocks for a fun day trip! Close to many restaurants & attractions. Highly recommend!
