Our Lil Piece Of Mine is a recently renovated 80-100 yr old one room log home that was disassembled around 60 years ago from a neighboring state and brought to the current site and put back together here at 4000 feet elevation in West Waynesville NC, beautifully nestled between the Blue Ridge Parkway and Cove Field branch. Enjoy the cool mountain air, listen to the rustling water and peaceful surroundings as you relax on the front porch. The log cabin has a refinished vintage (110 yrs old) cast iron tub, queen size bed, a mini kitchen with all the necessities for two to enjoy their stay. Easy access to downtown Waynesville and area attractions including the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking trails, fly fishing streams, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Harrahs Cherokee Casino, Cataloochee Ski Resort, Maggie Valley. Only 40 minutes to Bryson City, 30 minutes to Asheville and Biltmore Estates, and 54 minutes to whitewater rafting in the Nantahala Gorge.
