We loved staying at the river house. Sipping coffee while listening the the river every morning was a favorite. It is so close to N. Conway and Storyland. The river was fun to play in and very easy for small children. I recommend bringing rock shoes. Nice fire pit on the beach. The house has TONS of children's books and toys. My grandchildren (1.5 and 4) really enjoyed that. The space is very comfortable and the house has everything you need. Management was very responsive to our questions. We even saw a bald eagle fly over and a family of river ducks swam by everyday. We would definitely consider coming back here.

I just had the pleasure of staying here for a week with my family and it was AWESOME!!! We were genuinely sad to leave this place and would 100% recommend this incredible property! There were 8 of us ranging in ages 16-75. This home accommodated us comfortably. The house has three levels. On the main level is a nice kitchen with a large refrigerator and plenty of counter space. The dining room has a huge table enough to seat 8 comfortably. The living room is cozy and the furniture is really comfortable. There is one large bedroom located on this level with a bathroom attached to it. The third level has a spacious bedroom with two beds. The lower level contains 2 bedrooms one with twin bunk beds & another with a full size bed that has a slider leading to the backyard/river. This room has awesome views of the river!! There is another living area with a sleeper sofa and television. This level also has a kitchenette with a mini fridge that came in handy. The second bathroom with the jacuzzi tub is located on this level. A washer and dryer is also located on this lower level. There is a slider off this living room as well that leads to the backyard/river. The beach is AMAZING! It is clean and super spacious. Eight people in chairs fit more than comfortably with plenty of room to spare! The river is pristine! It is perfect for any age as the water level varies from ankle deep to waist deep (I'm 5'2"). We spent time at this beach every day and our dog was in heaven!
