Newly renovated, super clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bath were fully stocked and robes and slippers added to our comfort. The king size bed was so comfortable that I plan on asking the owner for the mattress brand!

Clean and modern property. Excellent for on or two travelers. Very comfortable king size bed. Kitchen and laundry supplies were provided. Street parking was easy and always available. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The Ballard Nook was perfect for our stay. The property is clean and the little courtyard is perfect. We loved the 8 block walk to the little park to watch the sunset!

We were in the process of moving to Seattle and had the pleasure of finding this gem as an intermediate resting place before our home was finished being remodeled. Clean, bright, charming, comfortable(bed!!!), well designed with top notch attention to detail. Ideal. We will refer friends and visitors.
