Very nice property. Quiet location right outside of Fairbanks. Easy to get to any tour you book there. Plenty of sleeping and space. My kids loved indoor pool and game room. Kept them busy while we’re at the house! Full kitchen, both styles of coffee maker(ground and kcup). Pans for cooking, we made breakfast each morning. Washer and dryer were nice too! Very relaxing home!

This house is absolutely stunning. From the furnishings to the soft beds. And then you add in the downstairs indoor pool and hot tub. 10/10

We had such a fantastic stay at Mavrik’s beautiful vrbo! From the moment we booked, Mavrik was extremely responsive and helpful, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped, with a beautiful kitchen stocked with all the utensils you need for cooking. The game room, swimming pool, and hot tub were highlights—our kids had an amazing time, and so did we! The location is very convenient, just about 15 minutes from downtown, and the views are absolutely stunning. Whenever we needed something, Mavrik responded right away and was incredibly accommodating. His attentiveness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and memorable getaway.

Typically the house you rent on a vacation doesn't make much of a difference for your experience. This home, without a doubt, was the BEST part of my vacation. Even better than seeing the Northern Lights (twice!). It exceeded my expectations in every way. I had a group of 10 guests. The beds were comfortable, clean, and Mavrik helped us by bringing in a pull-out bed so that we could sleep comfortably. He was incredibly communicative.The layout of the living area (and that EPIC couch) is unmatched. We watched movies, we had deep conversations, we sang Karaoke (shoutout to whoever left their Youtube account logged in on the TV!) The house was simply built for community.AND THE POOL! We hot tubbed, we sauna'ed, we played in the pool, and had so much fun between our adventures in the snow.The kitchen is gorgeous and clean. The cookware is brand-new and built for hosting. Every morning, we'd just sip our coffee from the fully-stocked Keurig bar and enjoy the 360 degree views of the peaceful, snowy atmosphere. The windows make you feel like you're in a snowglobe!I will be bringing my family back next year just because I've never experienced something so special. In terms of location and practicality -- the house is about 10 minutes from town, so very convenient to stock up on food. The roads were maintained well and we never got stuck in the snow. The house is also relatively isolated from neighbors, so it felt like we had all of Fairbanks to ourselves.

All appliances are high end; very nice! We used the air fryer and teapot. There is also a rice cooker, breadmaker, blender, and crockpot. My wife loved the lotion in the master bath.When we arrived, the house was 81 degrees and stuffy. Probably one of the few days of the year when that would happen Within 24 hours, Mavrick had an AC installed for the master bedroom so it was comfortable sleeping. The basement was always very comfortable (was 74 when we arrived) where our son and granddaughters slept.The fire pit was great, and the big screen TV in the living room with the conversation pit was enjoyed for many hours our four days there.The pool was great; my guess that water temperature was 78-80; very comfortable for laps. The hot tub was enjoyed by all; being our group was from Florida, the pool was too cool for all but me, but the hot tub was good for all.The whole house very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much and are glad we stayed there. If we are back in the area with a large party, we would stay there again.
