The cottage was clean and smelled good. There are neighbors way off in the distance - so not close at all. Great hiking/biking trails right across the street. Ted was responsive and accommodating. Very nice all the way around.

This cabin is such a cute and cozy cabin with plenty of space. My family and I loved how it was not in the hustle of the main cities but close enough to still enjoy them. If i am ever back in the area i would definitely rebook. Ted was very welcoming and helpful every step of the way.

There was a wasp nest outside, and many wasps were flying around, so we couldn't enjoy our time outside. There were also lots of bugs in the house, and the upstairs TV wasn’t working. The owner was quick to reply, and check-in was easy.

Ted's cabin is so cozy and comfortable. It is very clear he really cares about making his guests feel at home. We got totally snowed in and Ted took care of us and was very responsive to make sure our needs were met. The beds are comfortable, the property is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped. I stayed with my full family of spouse and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. I hope this cabin is treasured for many years -- it and Ted are a gem!

Loved this place - 1. Quiet and far enough from neighbors to offer plenty of privacy2. Tastefully furnished - a nice fusion of rustic and modern 3. Dog friendly if you have a furry friend ( I don't but very practical for others)4. Appliances we used were working (have had bad experiences in the past)5. Close to a bunch of outdoor excursions6. AC after long day in the sun, can't beat it7. Comfortable beds - slept well8. Deck is great for stargazing - turn off all the lights and layout on some blankets9. Kitchen dining area great for gathering10. Large outdoor lounging space to chill away from your group or with them11. The host was readily available - although I never really needed to contact them.I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for extreme luxury - it took awhile to cool down the upstairs area and there is only one bathroom, shower only. If you are a large group it can require patience - but it was perfect for me and my gal pals.

Loved the area and loved the property! Perfect place to escape the crowds and noise of the holiday weekend and relax. Close enough to town to get groceries or go out to eat but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Definitely a place a would stay again!

We had a wonderful time in this comfortable and peaceful well designed and kept forest home. It was located in close proximity to rivers, towns and many outdoor activities. All amenities provided in each room and the rooms are full of light and spaciousness. Communication with the owners was excellent and helpful.
