Visiting Cooperstown or Oneonta NY?. Very spacious and luxurious Two bedroom, 1 Bath home. Three flat screen TVs throughout the house, including in each bedroom. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. X-Box 360 in the Living Room area. , ALL Brand new as of June 2017. Located inside an old horse barn. Total size is just under 1500SF. Huge open concept Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Room! Main Bedroom has King Size Bed, 2nd bedroom is 4 Twin Beds. The Hideaway House shares 18 1/2 Beautiful acres with Abel's Acre's Retreat House. Foosball game table in the living area. Outside areas has Korn hole , basketball, and soccer style net, plus BBQ Good Verizon cell phone reception. Whether you're coming to this area for the Baseball Hall of Fame, Dreams Park, Glimmerglass Opera, Soccer Hall of Fame, Fenimore Art Museum, or the Farmer's Museum, Ideally located just minutes between Oneonta and Cooperstown in the heart of Leatherstocking Country. Elegant living room. Wonderful windows for viewing the countryside. Plenty of comfortable seating, The gourmet kitchen has beautiful countertops, all appliances, and is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. Spectacular Main Bedroom with King bed and large TV . Large Weber gas grill. Large areas outside for enjoying the scenery and wildlife.
Acres of lawn for games and for exploring and star-gazing. A short 15 mile ride to either Cooperstown or Oneonta NY.

We were there to watch our grandson play ball at Cooperstown Allstar Village. It’s about 15 minutes away. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. Communication was great. It served our needs for the week we were there.

Took my family out to the Cooperstown Baseball tournament and stayed at Raymond’s place and it was wonderful. We had four boys with us and they all loved the place! Super clean and fun!

Great stay while our fam was at Cooperstown Dreams Park

We enjoyed staying at Raymond's place as it was in a beautiful part of the country (lots of turns and winding roads from Cooperstown dreams park). The accommodations were perfect (beds, linens, kitchen supplies & laundry) and we enjoyed putting our feet up after several long days at the ballpark.

Great,quiet, comfortable rental

Enjoyed this stay which was about 20 minutes from Dreams Park. A very nice place to unplug from the world. Quiet setting of about 5acres of open space and maple trees. Even though there was tv, games and wi-fi phone, we took time to enjoy family and rest. I would highly recommend this place as Raymond was a gracious host.

Great location and property!

We stayed here during our son's Cooperstown baseball tournament. Perfect for what we needed. Property was very clean and communication with the owner Ray was great. It was a great break from the hustle and bustle of the tournament and we would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presented itself.

Great stay during Cooperstown visit!

We stayed here during our Cooperstown visit. It was clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay! My biggest concern was washer, dryer and all kitchen supplies for at home meals. This place had it all! Raymond greeted us when we arrived and was available to contact anytime. Highly recommend!!

Property is just as described and pics are on point (but it’s even better than pics)! Great location, easy drive to Cooperstown, Dreams Park and Oneonta. Great and gorgeous outside area for families and kids to play. Couldn’t have been more perfect! Clean, well maintained, lots of amenities. Owner is great and check in is so easy! Loved being out in the beautiful countryside. Worth the ride into town. Enjoyed seeing lots of local wildlife. King bed very hard to get in and out of due to it being so low to the ground and not very comfortable for old folks! Would be fine for young people that can still bend their knees! Overall though it was a very nice stay.

This property at Able Acres perfectly suited all of our needs. Everything had been freshly cleaned and all amenities were neat and in good working order. Our family only spent a few days for a baseball tournament, but would have been comfortable here indefinitely. We were about 15-20 mins from All Star Village-pleasant drive Thank you, Raymond, for such a well maintained property, and comfortable stay.
