Welcome to our serene oceanfront vacation rental condo at Oceans of Amelia, nestled on the picturesque shores of Amelia Island in Fernandina. Perfect for mature travelers seeking a tranquil escape, our condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring ample space and comfort during your stay. We understand the importance of accessibility, which is why our condo is equipped with handicap accessible amenities in the master bedroom, ensuring that all guests can enjoy a comfortable and inclusive experience. This delightful retreat offers the perfect beach-themed getaway with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean just steps from your door.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

Great family get away

Great location with easy pool access and a short walk to the beach. You go to the office for check in and I never was provided with instructions and we had a very rude neighbor for such a nice place to stay at. Me and my two year old accidentally left a pack of vanilla wafers neatly sitting up against the wall by our door. We had came up from the pool with me carrying him and couldn't get inside because we didn't have our key. After walking back down and then back up again I guess we just overlooked them. But after we got back from eating we had a note on our door " this is not a cheap motel!!!! This is our HOME PLEASE PICK UP YOUR TRASH!!" So just beware if you have children there is no room for the smallest of mistakes. I truly loved the condominium and our room though it was a very nice and decorated place.

Fantastic Beach Views

We loved the location of the condo which is 2 minutes from the beach at the most! It was clean. It had all the amenities we needed. It does, however, need some TLC updating. A microwave door handle would be nice. New dining room cushion covers are needed. New fixtures in the bathroom with no rust would be nice. --If you don't mind these things and want to cost-cut, then go for it. We were fairly comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. Sunrises were magnificent!

quick getaway

The Location is fantastic, you can't beat the view walking to the beach, swimming or any kind of beach activity, place was clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay very much. Only complaint would be is the unit has seen a lot of wear and tear, it's ready for some upgrades, replacing of things like seat cushions ,mattresses etc.
