Come stay with us at our cute one bedroom cottage just minutes to down town Asheville and is 4 minutes from Haywood road one of Ashevilles most unique areas! We are less than 15 minutes to the biltmore and less than 10 to downtown! Come relax in a newly renovated built space that is great for single or couple travelers! Enjoy a soak in the hot tub in our private fenced courtyard. Cottage is inside city limits and is attached to another living space that has no access.
Smoking indoors is a $1,000 charge

For the last twelve years, except last year, I have visited the Asheville area. I call it my "happy place". Of all of the rentals in which I have stayed I have stayed, this has been my favorite. Though there are things about each VRBO that I enjoyed, the combination of location, size, cleanliness, neighborhood environment, quiet, etc. I surely hope tp stay again in the future.

Host was friendly and responsive to requests, but we walked into a unit that had not been fully cleaned and reset; dirty bedroom with past guest’s underwear left behind, wet laundry left in washer, sticky floors. There is no fireplace, which is listed as an amenity; there is a wall heater with a fake fire element whose heater does not seem to work. Hot tub was scummy and needs more regular cleaning. We liked the cottage, but the fireplace thing feels dishonest, and it needs more cleaning attention than it got for our stay.
