We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Estate! It was just as described, only better!We would definitely stay there again!It was a perfect fit for our family, enough beds for everyone. Plenty of space to spread out and plenty of gathering space for playing games and watching movies. The walk to the beach was short and doable, even for the oldest members of our group. And, of course, the beach itself was gorgeous (even with big Bertha interrupting our week).

We had an amazing stay at this beach property! The home was absolutely perfect — clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. From the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, it truly felt like a home away from home.The location was fantastic, and we loved being so close to the beach. The host was also wonderful to work with — very friendly, responsive, and great at communicating before and during our stay. They made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

The property is absolutely beautiful. It accommodated our large group well. It is a short walk to the beach, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, and close proximity to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay again. Jake and Julia quickly responded to any questions or concerns.

Lovely home. Clean and well appointed. New appliances and nice furniture. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Host was very responsive. Worked well for our family for thanksgiving.

The house was lovely and definitely met the needs of our family. The pool heater was new and unfortunately was not working. Not having a heated pool in December was a bummer; however the property manager was quick to respond and put forth a lot of effort to rectify the issue before our vacation ended. Overall- beautiful property and would love to stay again.

This house was beautiful and we had a fun with with my 4 kids. It is close to the beach, the pool was nice, and the house was new. Jake was responsive and quick to help us. The neighborhood was not as safe as I would have liked. I think a curtain on the front door window would be a good option as there are lots of people walking from bars at night on the road. The cleaners did not do the best job as under the beds were filthy and there were used q tips under the beds. The kitchen could use more baking pans and larger bowls. The previous renters did not take out the trash so we had to deal with overflowing trash can all week. Jake did try to send a trash pickup but they never came. On Friday morning the smoke alarms went off at 5am and woke the whole house up. Thank goodness we travel with batteries and were able to change the batteries in one that had low battery in the bedroom upstairs. It was very inconvenient and not what we expected to deal with on vacation. We felt like we should have been offered a credit for the inconvenience. Overall, we did enjoy our time, but for the money we paid, I can’t give it 5 stars.

This place was beautiful and so spacious and it was a 2min walk to the beach. It was close to lots of places and included a beach cart and some extra chairs and lots of beach towels in the laundry room.This made our life at the beach and in the pool so much easier with a house full of boys and wet towels. The rooms were spacious and the pool is much bigger than it looks in the photos. The refrigerator was big enough for all the food and theres even a small fridge in the game room-which the kids loved. The air conditioner was nice and cool during some really hot days. Highly recommend and would stay there again for sure!!

This property was such a beautiful, wonderfully located rental! I, along with 5 other 60 plus ladies, enjoyed staying at this home. There is so much room to spread out. We walked to the beach in minutes! The hosts responded to inquiries very quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely beach vacation with lots of restaurants and scenic excursions nearby!!
