Inside, the open-concept living area blends a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and cozy living room, and flows right out to a screened porch and fenced-in patio—great for morning coffee, evening breezes, or letting your pup enjoy some outdoor time. Amenities include central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower for post-beach rinses, and assigned parking for one vehicle. Located in the lively heart of Dewey Beach, you're a short walk to local restaurants, bars, and entertainment, so you can park once and enjoy the town on foot. Please note that linens are not provided (rental packages are available). This home is pet-friendly with up to two dogs allowed, with pet fee per dog and a signed pet addendum; no cats permitted. Everything was great. Beautiful cottage in amazing location. Fenced in yard was perfect for our Boston Terrier!

Pros: very convenient to the beach, literally steps awayCons: extremely outdated, “cleaning ladies came” but showed no signs of being clean. The dust on the fan was at least an inch. WiFi wasn’t available?!?! And barely any lights throughout the house. Was sent a ton of rules to follow one specifically asked no shoes in the house, my children had black feet within an hour of walking around. The bungalow is adorable but could really use some work and upkeep as well as better furniture as that also wasnt in the best of shape. Pots and pans barely hanging on so if not careful can fall off and burn yourself. Please upgrade this property!!
