This single level home was recently remodeled, clean and equipped with just about everything you will need for a wonderful beach vacation in Del Mar, including beach chairs and towels, boogie type boards, ice chest, umbrella , Widescreen TV., wifi and washer and dryer on site.
Why stay at a crowded hotel with no kitchen, resort fees, internet charges and high tax rates that come with that type of vacation when you can avoid it all and enjoy this charming two bedroom one bath duplex in the heart of the Del Mar Colony that is located approximately 100 yards to the sand.
Steps away to the gorgeous Del Mar Beach from sunrise to sunset. Located between the lifeguard towers. The perfect location for walking to the beach, shops in town, fairgrounds/ Del Mar Racetrack, Powerhouse Park, and Sea Grove Park & Playground. A stroll to the restaurants on the beach! An easy walk to the public tennis courts and basketball courts.
This home has a private patio for morning coffee or grilling in the evening. Two bedrooms and one bath make a comfortable stay and a vacation that you will not forget.
Short drive south to San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World and Torrey Pines State Park.
Drive north to Legoland and Wild Animal Park.

Perfect location block from beach
My dog & I stayed at this property for almost two months in Nov/Dec 2014. The location is spectacular for beach time, bike rides and good food. While some furnishings are a bit dated, it's everything you'd expect and more from a beach house with all needed amenities, a private patio and comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful owners & management!
