We are located on a mountain road. During inclement weather, such as snow or icy conditions, AWD, 4x4 or tire chains are required. For added precaution, we also highly recommend AWD or 4x4 capabilities

Although regular pest control measures are taken, the property's location in the forest makes it more likely for insects to find their way inside. The most common insects that may be encountered are flies, stink bugs, and ladybugs. It is important to note that these insects are not harmful, and their presence is merely an annoyance rather than a threat.
