LOVED staying here! The house was perfect for my family’s needs and made our trip very comfortable. We spent so much time in the pool, it was amazing! The house was super cute, very clean, loved the ambience and the whole area in general. Perfect location. The host was very responsive to my messages and very welcoming. We will definitely come back and stay here and we’ll book a longer trip!

The kitchen has everything you need and opens to the living room, dining are and the patio doors that lead to a screened in patio. I could see this as a great space for family or just couples / friends that want to get away. The neighborhood is very quiet yet you are close to everything in Wilton Manors. We will definitely be back!!

I can't say enough about this property. It actually exceeded our expectations. The gorgeous, super-clean pool was a highlight for us and the neighborhood was quiet so we could just relax around the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, so that was a plus. We also appreciated the great location of the house. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back!!

While the guest communicated well prior to and during the stay, unfortunately there were several serious issues that future hosts should be aware of. House rules were clearly violated, including a strict no-party policy, yet a party was held at the property which resulted in complaints from neighbors in what is a quiet residential area. Additionally, there was property damage during the stay, including a broken faucet and a dented refrigerator panel. The home was also left with excessive trash, resulting in additional dumping fees, and several towels were left heavily stained and unusable. We have reached out to request reimbursement for the damages and extra costs incurred. Due to these issues, we would not host this guest again.

House number not visible from the road . Entry code indicator confusing and not easily identified.Sidewalk to entrance needs lighting since there are two steps.No washcloths were found. No bureaus in bedrooms.

The pool!! I love a house with a pool, not to mention the quaint character of Wilton Manors, its safe quiet and near all the Drive Bars, which can be waled to or bicycled to frequently! Location is ideal...!

What makes this property unique

2740 is tucked into a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, yet near everything including the Beach, Whole Foods or Wilton Manors bars restaurants within minutes! WE have a pool, pool table spacious sunroom and lots of parking!
