Welcome to the Lubbock first Buddy Holly themed short-term rental. Located at three blocks from the Buddy Holly museum Travelers can plan their visit and stay and authentic home with mid-century modern features, including it’s very own record player, Buddy Holly memorabilia, and 50s theme decor.

This home features a king size bed, and a full size sofa bed. The unit also includes a hot tub, which is not currently running, a washer and dryer and a large yard. Street parking is available.

The home was quaint, cozy, and easy to find, even though it is located in a more rural area with an empty lot nearby. The property had a comfortable feel and included a nice hot tub, although it was not quite ready for use during my stay. Kitchen supplies were very limited, with only one small pot available for cooking, which made meal preparation difficult. The space heater did trip the power once, but it was a simple fix by adjusting the fuse box. The ceiling fans were noisy and rattled quite a bit, and there was a cigarette smoke smell when I arrived, which may have been from a previous guest. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a few improvements would make the experience much better for future guests.
