Hi, This cabin was lovely. Super close to hiking places and to the cute town of Davis. It is set in a development with other cabins. The host was very responsive. And the cabin had more than enough space for our 5 adults.
This house is exactly as listed. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. We had an issue with one of the bedrooms and the owner was very responsive and corrected the situation. We like the home location and would stay here again.
They had the kitchen well appointed cookware, small and large appliances and it was clean and well maintained overall. Great location very convenient to sledding and ski areas
The trees surrounding the property are wonderful, and though the AC was not really detectable, we stayed cool during a September stay with the windows (which had excellent screens) and the multiple fans. The hot tub was already ready when we arrived, and it was perfectly clean. Beautiful location. Kitchen had a good stock of pans and pots in good condition, as well as quite nice plates and bowls, and cooking and eating utensils. We settled right in—there was no hassle getting in at all. And check out was simple and reasonable (taking out the trash, stripping beds, running the dishwasher). Bring extra trash bags! The trash cans all had bags, but we didn’t see any extras.
This is our second time staying- the house is perfect! Great location right between two state parks, quick drive to Davis and Thomas and down the street from Whitegrass. I’m always concerned about snowy driveways etc and this house is not far off the main road and the side street and driveway were VERY well plowed. The house is well equipped, working fireplace and hot tub! and comfortable beds- we can’t wait to come back!
The chalet was beautiful and quite isolated. It was located in a gated community. We had a bit of trouble getting in but I was able to contact the owner and they helped immediately. The owner was super communicating throughout the process of booking the chalet to getting in the chalet. The property is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Great place and I would stay there again.
