Experience the perfect getaway at our Fiddler’s Beach residence, named after the cute fiddler crabs that occasionally wander onto the property from our salt marsh throughout the year. The home is located along the stunning Tolomato River ecosystem in southern St. Johns County, St Augustine. Surrounded by a lush salt marsh teeming with native birds like Blue Herons, Snowy Egrets, and Roseate Spoonbills, our home is an ideal haven for bird watchers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Enjoy the stunning salt marsh, intracoastal waterway, and ocean views from one of the upper balconies as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset after a day at the beach.

Just a short 0.3 mile walk to Surfside Park to enjoy the quartz sand beaches, or take advantage of the nearby North Shore’s Park amenities—pickleball, tennis, basketball, soccer and a playground for kids.

Our spacious, family-friendly home includes an elevator providing easy access to the upper two levels. The third floor features a large family room, chef’s style kitchen with Monogram appliances and an induction stove, large dinning area, half bath, and laundry room. A Weber propane grill and Kamodo Joe smoker are also included.

The second floor hosts the luxurious master suite with a king bed, tub, shower and private balcony overlooking the intracoastal waterway and salt marsh. A quiet nook is in the master suite for relaxing with a book and desk for any office needs while away. Two additional bedrooms and shared bathroom are conveniently located on the 2nd floor, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins.

The first floor includes a queen bed with a TV room that also has a fold out couch with memory foam mattress. A second refrigerator, full bathroom with beach towels, and garage access with a private porch leading down to the salt marsh. The home comes stocked with Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, wagon, beach toys, coolers, and a pickle ball set.

Must be 25 years old to rent the property and primary renter must be onsite during stay.

You will be charged for any property damages during the rental caused by you or your party during your stay.

Park up to 4 cars. Parking is not permitted in the street overnight. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and no parties or loud noise between the hours of 9pm and 7am. No exceptions, parking and quiet time are enforced by city ordinance.

Trash goes out Thursday night in appropriate receptacles. Please bag trash and place trash canister next to curb and bring back to the garage after pickup on Friday.
