Very restful property with view of golf course

We enjoyed staying at this property. It is in very good condition and is nicely decorated. The drive to the beach takes about five minutes.

Great property with shaded parking.

We loved the room, very clean, well laid out and stocked with kitchen items for your stay. The check in process could not be any easier. Zero complaints!

Good enough unit, excellent neighborhood

This place was good enough as a place to stay while visiting local family and spending time at the beach. Location was beautiful, quiet golf neighborhood with a very nice pool. The unit was very clean, but could use some attention and care from the owners. The furniture all seems to be old and in poor condition. With some updates this place could be great. Owners were kind and responsive.

Great golf and beach location, not on par with cleanliness.

The condo unit was located in a great recreational area. The kitchen did not have a starter pack for dish soap and the bathrooms were not cleaned upon arrival. The bed sheets were cleaned and we appreciated not having to deal with linens. We called and asked for the bathrooms to be cleaned and the owner was quick to respond and remedy the issue. The furnishings were comfortable and the amenities at the location were fun!

Nice condo, located beside the driving range. Has everything needed in the kitchen. Clubhouse is within walking distance from unit, nice place to get something to eat also.

Extremely dirty property

The rental property sits on a beautiful gated golf course. However the property was extremely dirty. We had to clean the kitchen countertop, the dinner table and vacuum the floor. The vent was extremely dirty and exposed and opened in the hall way. The extra bedding linens were laying on the floor next to the dirty vacuum machine. Thw dinning was wobbling. The shower liner was molding and the entire apartment smelled very bad.

Great Property

Great property as listed. I've stayed in numerous VRBO properties over the years and this one had the very best kitchen basics. If you can't find what you need in the kitchen you aren't looking hard enough! Multiple pans, pots, knives, dinnerware etc. AMAZING. Beds were super comfortable. Great listing. You won't be disappointed. I will say the pools are still not available but Cherry Beach is AMAZING and 5 minutes away. Great restaurateurs. We couldn't try them all in a week. Never had a bad meal and prices were cheap. I highly recommend this property. Just be careful of wildlife. There is a snake family(non-dangerous) below the stairs. Not a problem but startles you if you're not ready for it. Only saw them 3 of 7 days.

Tidewater never disappoints!

Tidewater is a great location for those that don’t want the craziness of the beach traffic. It’s off the beaten path yet close to everything. The pool on property is so convenient and never crowded. The condo was super clean and very well cared for. We stay in a lot of VRBO’s and my biggest complaint is so many owners skimp on the mattresses. Always uncomfortable but not this place!! Beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in at a VRBO! The condo had everything we needed and communication with owner/management was the best we’ve ever experienced! This was not our first trip to Tidewater and it definately won’t be our last either!

Perfect for what we needed

Well maintained, clean property that served our purpose very well for our sons baseball tournament. Pool area was great for the kids but they had all the chairs locked up for covid. The unit is a little hot, especially the master bedroom but I believe they are trying to fix that. Somewhere along the line, there has been a cat there. My husband and I are pretty allergic and reacted pretty quickly. We would stay there again.

Tidewater in August

This property was clean, cozy and inviting. After just having one of the worst summers ever, it was very nice to have an opportunity to stay at a nice condo such as this. My 38 yr. old daughter was just diagnosed with a pituitary gland tumor and she was very happy and relaxed during her stay as all the red decor was an affirmation of sorts that everything was going to be okay. Her grandmother's favorite color was red! I highly recommend this property. The swing was an added bonus!

We had a nice stay

This condo is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. It suited us (parents and 2 daughters) perfectly. There is a huge flat screen TV in the living room and a smaller flat screen TV in each of the 2 bedrooms. No NFL network! We loved the screened porch and used it daily. The community pool complex is really nice and we used that daily, as well, after the beach. The pool is walking distance but we drove mostly. The community is a short drive to Cherry Grove and the beaches. We planned to rent a golf cart for our trip but note Tidewater does not allow them. We did play the golf course twice and it is a beautiful course. The owner was very attentive to all communication.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and nicely appointed. The pool and golf facilities are top notch and the location is convenient to everything the area has to offer. We had a minor issue come up, and management was extremely responsive, helpful, and made sure our concerns were addressed. We would definitely use this property again.

So easy and comfortable. My boys loved being able to sit on the screened porch and enjoy the mornings. My only dislike would be that the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool off the master bedroom. Was really warm in there. But the place was lovely and owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had for her.

Comfortable, quiet, very relaxing

Well, let me start by saying I'm not a golfer, however we thoroughly enjoyed watching the golfers on the driving range. This unit has a GREAT screened porch (my only suggestion is to get rid of the swing or replace with traditional swing) that overlooks the driving range. My sister and I sat out there every morning and critiqued the golfers (as though we knew what we were talking about!). Unit was clean and looks just like the pictures. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you might want to do. Another plus is the community pool. It's huge, has plenty of seating and tables with umbrellas. This is a great unit. Would definitely rent again. If you like peace, quiet and convenience, this is for you!

Beautiful condo. Exactly like the pictures

Everyone on my trip enjoyed this condo, as well as the pool and hot tub. It had everything we needed for 5 people and was very comfortable. The only downside is that the main attractions like Broadway at the beach, the strip by Skywheel and the ocean were 30+ mins away (I thought it was closer) but if you don't mind a lot of driving then it'll be fine. Great stay
