Very good

We did have issues with the cleanliness of the place. The linen/sheets were all quite dusty and not clean. We also had to dust sand off the sofas. We found random objects which may have been left behind from previous guests (ring, ball - on the beds). There were also a lot of spiders all around the house. We used some of the cups and glasses which were not clean at all. We also found the bathroom to have a mouldy smell which did not go away even when we opened the top windows (not sure what this was or where it came from). Overall we did not have the best experience due to cleanliness.

Your review was incorrect and rude as the property was very clean and a plates and cutlery were cleaned. You should perhaps book a hotel in future for your 5 stars and pay more.
Had a lovely time and Anita was very accommodating and communicated very quickly. Was able to assist with local places to visit and questions regarding the house
Would recommend
Was a fantastic stay! Was quiet cold in Rye in May so the coonara was well used in the evenings. Great to have a pet friendly option, we didn't bring our fur friend this time but will definitely do so the next.
Excellent location and a great home, Unfortunately I can only give it 1 star for cleanliness and towels provided were old and ratty and far from stayz quality. So byo all linen. Addressed with owner and photos provided.

As discussed with you prior, the linen and bedding was not provided and you could have brought your own towels.
The cleaners were new and I will not use them again although the photos you provided were questionable.I would never recommend you to any other owner .
House and location were perfect for New Years and host was very friendly and accommodating. Only thing that prevented 5 stars was the house is in a black spot for reception and there is no wifi provided.

Hey Bridget
Thank you for your review and Happy New Year! Currently sorting out the WiFi issues out now and will be up and running next week.
Property owner was very responsive to our needs. Agreeable to a refund due to last minute changes due to Covid. House comfortable and in good location.
