Sandy Shores #304 - Fantastic large open plan one bedroom one bath unit at Sandy Shores. Updated Kitchen with granite counter tops and maple cabinetry, fully stocked with everything you need.

Sandy Shores #304 offers a large living area has ample seating and opens out the the direct beach front balcony looking over the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom has two queen beds, television and walk in closet. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. Please note there is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy free WiFi. This condo doesn't have a phone.

Sandy Shores is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Sorry No Pets Allowed.

Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Beautiful view from balcony!

I only gave an over all rating of three stars mainly because the building is extremely old , and the elevators were very slow forcing us to use the stairs frequently, you can’t beat the view though!

I really enjoyed this location. It is right across the street from Johns Pass and perfect views. Unit was clean but the beds could use some updating. Over all we had a very good stay here.

Great Madeira Beach January 2023 vacation

My husband and I were very happy with our stay at Sandy Shores. Our condo had a perfect view of the beach, ocean, and beautiful sunsets. The building, grounds, and condo unit were very well maintained. Great location, very walkable area...right on the beach, close to shops, restaurants, grocery store and other activities. We will be coming back next year.

Have stayed at this general property 5 times and been good, but the property is now fairly run down. This condo is ok, jas at least been upgraded with newer bath, updated kitchen, newer tile floors. Carpet in bedroom and main living area is dated and should be replaced. Sliding door to balcony is original and doesn't work well. In general, you can tell that toe unit owner only does the very bare minimum to keep it rented. Beware, the building only has one (1) very slow and small elevator. be prepared to wait. During this trip, there was significant construction going on from 8-4:30 every day. Major inconvenience and noise all day at the pool. Not a good experience.

The people I had contact with were great, but the business' phone app wasn't working so that was a little bit of a downer to do things on my phone. Regardless, we plan to go back!

The complex is in a perfect location near Johns Pass with restaurants, bars and shopping. We visited mid-June and the beach was not very crowded. We had plenty of room for our chairs and kids to play. The pool was never crowded and there was always lounge chairs available throughout the day and evening. Our Unit was clean and well organized and stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Beds were somewhat comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, blankets, etc. The ice maker in the freezer was a major plus as we would empty ice into ice buckets in the freezer so we never had to buy ice for our small beach cooler. The balcony had plenty of seating and a lounge chair. Living room has a nice huge TV and smaller one in the bedroom with plenty of options for channels. It is very spacious and was perfect for our needs for the week.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here for 7 years and the owner of the unit has done nothing to improve it. Vent on the ceiling in the bathroom had a water leak from the year before from the unit above and when we got there this year it still had not been repaired properly. However each year the cost has gone up 20%. Carpet was all stained and beds were horrible to sleep in. Also there is a lack of security outside by the pool. People jumping the fence to get in and the giving of the codes to the entrances to outsiders. I realize there is a huge turnover but owners need to take responsibility for the cleanliness of their unit and there needs to be security at peak times like Spring Break which is when we were there in the Month of March. We will not be returning. 😞

Great location / Clean unit

Awesome unit for just the two of us. It isn’t a corner unit as advertised but it does have a nice beachfront balcony. Could use a few more little “extras” like beach towels but basics are adequate. Unit was very clean upon our arrival.
