Situated in a perfect location, minutes to the village of East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Havens Beach. Hike to the bay at the beautiful nature preserve or golf at the nearby Sag Harbor Golf course. Minutes to ocean and bay beaches.
This home is tastefully furnished, with open plan sitting, dining and chef's kitchen. Enjoy breakfast , lunch or dinner in the screened in porch which opens onto a large deck and swimming pool, perfect for entertaining. Relax in the TV room with wonderful views of the pool and garden. Three large bedrooms, with brand new furnishings and luxurious linens. Bathrooms are newly renovated with ample towels.
2 car garage with table tennis.
The outdoor areas are ideal for enjoying the summer. Three different sitting areas including an inviting screened in porch, all overlooking the large heated pool, a fountain and spacious garden with grasses, evergreens and large trees. A hidden outdoor shower, a large deck with a dining table and gas grill and a quieter sitting area complete the picture.

Perfect Hamptons Retreat

I'd give this house 6 stars if I could!!!!!! One of the best vacation houses we're ever rented! The house was spotless, with a dream kitchen stocked with everything you need and than some. Perfect location, close to everything. Estelita our host was easy to communicate with, even long distance from Australia. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect Week in East Hampton

This home is perfectly decorated and spotless! It was convenient to town and beach. The hosts, Estelita and Roman are lovely people and were very responsive when we had a question. They have stocked the house well. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Estelita was thoughtful and helped us check in quickly and easily. She gave us useful information about the home and the area at the beginning of our stay. She offered the option to heat the pool because the weather had been cold and rainy prior to our arrival and gave us an approximate cost so that we could make an informed decision. The property was clean and even better than it looked in the photos. Happy to stay here as often as possible!

We really enjoyed our stay. Estelita and Roman have a pretty home with a wonderful pool and many cozy hang-out areas. The location is great (close to Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and Wolffer Estate). We had a perfect weekend in their home!
