Beautifully furnished studio located in the Luna di Lusso building of Lake Las Vegas (LLV) Village. Address: 29 Montelago Blvd #509, Henderson, NV 89011. This large studio offers a king size bed and sleeper sofa. The high floor balcony will allow you to relax and take in the views of the lake, palm trees and Las Vegas Strip lights at a distance. Location offers peace and quiet, away from pool and Village noise. The kitchenette has a convection-microwave oven combo and there is also an induction cook top with two burners, compact refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, glasses silverware and toaster. Bathroom basics such as towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Free wireless high speed internet, Roku TV (complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and PLEX movies!) and Dish satellite TV are included. Fully stocked fitness room provides beautiful view of LLV Village. Facility also offers coin laundromat, free underground parking, large swimming pool and hot tubs that are heated year-round. We are also right next door to the LLV Hilton, steps away from shops and restaurants as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and much more. 35 miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. We are 15 minutes from Lake Mead National Park, 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport and 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

Enjoyable Stay Lakeside

My husband and I stayed three nights. We enjoyed the location, the pool that is nicely shaded by late afternoon and we felt safe. The place was quiet even for Memorial Day weekend. The owners are very responsive.

Relaxing at its best!

We had a great Vegas trip, off the strip. Lake Las Vegas is so relaxing! We were still within driving distance to Lake Mead, the Hoover Dam, Boulder City, Willow Beach, AZ and shows on the strip. It was nice to have our own quiet space. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful Studio and Virw

Everything about this is luxury! The view of the lake and mountains is the best I think you can get. The bed is so luxurious, I have never slept deeper or woken more refreshed. You can tell that all little touches are taken in cleaning between guests. It is like walking into a new place! Thank you!

The property was perfect for our needs. The property looks as pictured. It was nice to have a kitchen. We enjoyed the use of the pool/hot tub and surrounding walking trails. It also has a nice gym. Cris and Mariana were amazing hosts, and very responsive. Would definitely book with them again. Wish they had property in other cities. Excellent stay!

Great studio condo. Loved the Lake Las Vegas village - restaurants and grocery all within walking distance and super cute. We were here for a tournament in Henderson and drive was quick and easy.

The owner was very responsive to my needs. Had the air fixed in a timely fashion. The grocery store was not in walking distance as I was told it would be. Place as shabby.

Lovely area and location perfect for as as we hiked Valley of Fire and Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon. Quiet, convenient. The unit is dated and needs repairs in bathroom. Small studio but had what was necessary to do a small meal. Overall very nice.

A place to de-stress

It was great to be out of the city. The drive each way, each day, to the convention center was pretty easy. The little kitchen was perfect for cooking our breakfast, and some dinners.

Had a great time. We were attending wedding at Hilton which is within walking distance of Condo. Very nice condo in great location. Unit owner (Cristian) ,very pleasant, allowed 2 hour delayed departure which enabled us to attend post wedding Breakfast, We will certainly return.

Quiet, comfortable, great location

The condo is in great location to walk to dining and the sunset view is awesome. It's a quiet neighborhood and near Lake Mead and numerous hiking trails. Bathroom could use a facelift but other than that the condo is quite nice. The selection of dishes and glasses is sufficient. Cris is very responsive and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: great communication with owner. Clean facility. Quiet. Friendly staff. Very fair price. Cons: Check in was very confusing. Fridge door doesn’t stay closed. Had to use a suitcase to keep it closed. Outlet above the coffee maker sparks when in use. Most of the shops on grounds were out of business. Parking is very limited. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would stay here again!

Everything we thought it would be

The place was very clean. It was quiet and relaxing. The grocery store was within walking distance and had everything we could need. A better map of the surrounding area would be nice (the restaurants etc in the village). We had a great time and really appreciated our time here.
