Check in was a breeze and the house is well appointed with some basic (yet limited) supplies like dishwasher and laundry soap, as well as some condiments in the kitchen. The house is on a wide canal so plenty of privacy from the rear neighbors. Neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The neighbors seem to mostly be other vacation renters, and the locals are all very friendly. Just one thing to bring to the attention of the management company is that there are several light bulbs that need replacing. Other than that, everyone was in great working order.

Check-in was extremely easy. The house was very clean the beds were comfortable it was a great location in Cape Coral. Several nice restaurants on the Marina to eat and listen to music. Loved the outdoor area and pool. Abundance of cooking supplies and dishes. Would definitely rent again.

pelican rental 7-2019

This was my 7th house rental in Florida and by far the best ever. Cleanest house ever. Organized drawers. Soft towels. Working appliances and awesome huge pool that goes from shallow to deep. Huge covered patio area. Plenty of new outdoor furniture. Fans through out the house. Decent beds. Great wifi and cable. Large tv. Dock fishing was the best in the channel. Caught several catfish and cichlids everyday. Skip the expensive bait and use sausage with the skin on!! I wish i could live here the rest of my life.

Baseball trip

Went for a baseball tournament and had booked a condo on VRBO. Needless to say not what was what the pictures showed and other issues. Luckily the owners/manager gave us a refund for a stay. We browsed VRBO and found this awesome house that was available at last minute. Property company was very nice and even told us there was new home construction next door if that was going to be a problem. We were not going to be there during the day anyways so we booked it. When we pulled up and went in we knew we made the right choice! Best place we have stayed at and within our budget. We had a couple of families over for a cookout and they were even saying how nice and awesome the place was. If we ever make it down there again, we will definitely be staying here,
