Walk to restaurants, shops, Pilates, yoga, and coffee. Dog-friendly with a small dog park behind the building. Bus stop across the street. Perfect base for exploring the Roaring Fork Valley.
The Space
Enjoy Sopris views from the living room with sliding glass doors and a sofa that can sleep 1. Two bedrooms each have queen beds, TVs, and ceiling fans. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom includes a steam shower, plus there is an extra half bath. The fully stocked kitchen has modern appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. Dining table seats 6, making the condo ideal for families, friends, or a mountain getaway.

Guests have full access to the entire condo, including kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, and living room. High-speed WiFi and Smart TVs are included. One assigned parking spot is available in the lot, with additional street parking nearby. The condo is on the 2nd floor above a Pilates studio—quiet and private with wellness right at your doorstep.
