About this property

For the month of May I am only hosting the house which has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, liv rm, din rm, solarium and deck. The cabin is a converted garage. The cabin has two rooms with one bath, one room has a full size bed,futon n chair. The 2nd room a table, chairs, small fridge, coffee maker, cot and deck.
It is 100 yards to the beach, two miles fr OOB, a minute walk to a convenience store and two restaurants (Clambake and New BBQ place) less then 20 minute drive to Portland.

Great stay close to beach!

Great Labor Day weekend! Such a great house and cottage! Loved being able to walk to beach in 2 minutes and sand dollar finding was a highlight. Kids loved the yard and the fire pit was the best! Thank you tony!

My parents, aunt, sister, her boyfriend & I rented this house for a few days & it was just as described, across the street from the beach, very clean, had everything you could want, & the host was amazing! We couldn't have asked for more & hope to stay here again in the future!

Great house across the street from the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 3 nights in early August. The house was impeccably clean, and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. My only issue was that the house was on a very busy street, which I did not realize when I booked. The location is great in terms of being very close to the beach, a great deli, and other amenities, but it is just something to be aware of in case you have young children or care about traffic noise. Otherwise, the house was perfect!

A wonderful place to stay.

My father, his girlfriend, my sister, brother-in-law, niece, nephew and I decided to spend a weekend at the beach—this house and cottage accommodated the seven of us easily. The house was extremely clean, well stocked with pots, pans, kitchen equipment etc, airy, spacious, and very nicely decorated. There’s a beautiful yard (which we were unfortunately unable to use due to weather), two really nice porches and a great sun room with a pull out couch. The beach, quiet and clean, was just across the street. We are all really thrilled with our choice and were so happy with our stay. Neither my niece (5.5 years old) nor my nephew (2.5 years old) wanted to leave; in fact, my nephew told us he wanted to live in the cottage even though all of his toys were at home. We were all really impressed and can’t recommend this house highly enough. It really helped to make our weekend wonderful.
