Head to Broadway for a lively night in the city's famous honky tonks or take a stroll to the game at Nissan Stadium! You'll be 5 mins drive from Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, Shelby Bottoms Greenway, or .7 mile stroll to 5 Points and all the artful restaurants, bars, and shops that make East Nashville uniquely wonderful!

Walk up into a modern, spacious cottage with private bedroom. The kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, microwave, range, toaster and complete set of kitchenware. Coffee, tea assorted snack bars, filtered water and water bottles are complimentary. Guests can play games, eat or work at the extendable dining table and relax while enjoying cable tv on the new sofa that extends into a full bed. A private bedroom features a queen bed, reading lamps and closet with iron, fan and extra pillows and linens. The bathroom has soft, fluffy towels, a large shower and sizable vanity. There are several areas to store luggage, etc. and a washer and dryer tucked away in a closet for your use if needed.

There is a large parking spot right next to the private entrance. Climb one flight of stairs to access the entire second floor over our garage. Additional free parking is available on the street.

Edgefield is one of the closest areas to downtown, but it also has a life of its own. There are music venues within a few blocks and this quiet, historic spot is home to many restaurants, cafes, bars, and a brewery within easy reach of the property.

Walking to nearby destinations gives you a chance to view the architecture, landscape and interact with great people. Bikes can be reserved at East Park Community Center and scooters are available to rent all around the neighborhood. Uber and Lyft drivers arrive within minutes.
