BeachFront Condo - Seaside Sea-Esta - No Cleaning Fees!

Come relax at our 'Seaside Sea-Esta'.

Ideal location with easy beach access. This inside corridor condo offers great views from a private balcony . The Unit is located 4th from the front row in the west wing of Casa Del Mar Condominiums and is directly across from the beach and 61st St. Fishing Pier. Perfect for a family weekend or a couple's weekend getaway.

The condo features everything you need for an enjoyable weekend, including a kitchen with granite counter-tops, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, dishes, Keurig coffeemaker, and microwave. BBQ grills and 2 pools (one heated in winter) are located on the premises. There are elevators and luggage carts for your convenience. Short walking distance to Walmart and McDonald’s is across the street.

Televisions -2 smart TVs in living room & bedroom.
Ceiling fans -1 in bedroom & 1 in living room.
USB ports - kitchen, living room, dining area, & bedroom.

Rates are based on 4 guests. Additional guests will be $10 per night per guest.
Free wireless internet.
The condo has a key-less electronic lock for easy private access.
Complimentary coffee, creamer & sweeteners.
Parking for up to 2 vehicles.

PS: Casa Del Mar condominiums charges a $25 parking fee. Fee is per vehicle and per week. This fee is required to be paid at the front desk in the lobby at time of check in. Credit card only.

Casa del Mar has a strict no pet policy. Any violations to this policy will results in a $250 fine, per violation, per day.

Until further notice we have currently removed folding beach chairs and beach toys from the property.

The unit was clean and well equipped between the kitchen amenities/supplies to beach towels. The beach was a short walk directly across the street as well as restaurants. The building also had laundry facilities which a plus. The unit was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. If we didn’t live across the country we’d go back again.

This place was perfect for our family of four for a few night before getting on Carnival Jubilee! We got in very late but the owners had some coffee, creamer and a few morning snacks to hold us over before everyone was awake ready to move! The location is prime with walking or trolly access to so much! We did the Galveston Ghost tour also which was a lot of fun and filled with fun facts about the town and some hunted stories. If we visit again I will definitely book this place again! Don’t give it a second thought… book it!

You could see the ocean from the balcony. Beautiful view. The host was amazing. He called us to tell us the condo was available earlier than expected. He also notified us of a power outage at the complex. Luckily it didn't affect us, but was glad we knew so we could be prepared. Would recommend this place.

This beautifully decorated condo is perfect! It has all the basics for a weekend stay, has a bbq area, two pools (one heated!) and is well maintained. The large bed is so comfortable and the complex itself is pretty mellow. You can see and hear the beach from the balcony which is what sold us on this rental. We will look for this listing on our next overnight to the island for sure.

We enjoy traveling and exploring new places. Galveston is only a 45 minute drive from Houston and holds many unique and historical qualities. One of the primary reasons we bought this condo, was location, location, location. We love being directly across from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, shopping and fishing (Cass’ favorite pastime). We rent our condo out, in hopes of other people getting as much enjoyment from it as we do. We invite you to stay with us.
