Bournecoast are delighted to introduce MOONGATE, a delightful chalet bungalow offering three bedrooms, a generously sized lounge/diner, two shower rooms and a beautifully landscaped garden complete with a summer house. Ideally situated in a quiet residential street in Christchurch, the property is just a short drive from the historic town centre with its array of shops, cafes and restaurants, the picturesque Christchurch Harbour, as well as the sandy beaches of Southbourne.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This unique property features three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, boasts a Juliet balcony and an ensuite shower room with a double shower cubicle and toilet. The shower room is a Jack and Jill design with additional access from the hallway. The second bedroom is a quadruple room, comprising of two Single Beds and a Single Day Bed, featuring a further single pull-out bed. This room also benefits from sliding doors that lead to a balcony. The third bedroom is a Twin Bedroom with a set of bunk beds, please note the bottom bunk is a low profile bed.
There is a generously sized lounge/diner, the lounge area boasts a 75" SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
From the dining area there are sliding doors which lead to the garden.
Off the dining area is the separate kitchen which is equipped with an ELECTRIC HOB - TWO ELECTRIC OVENS - AIR FRYER - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.
There is also a utility room, complete with a WASHING MACHINE.
For added convince there is a second shower room on the ground floor with a shower cubicle and a toilet.
