Brand new 660 Sq. Ft. modern bungalow casita, a bohemian, urban two-bedroom, one-bath home, offers a cozy and chic retreat for those looking to stay centrally located in Miami. Across from Target, Sprouts, and Total Wine! This tastefully designed retreat is minutes away from Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Brickell, and Coral Gables. It is filled with natural lighting. This unique place has free parking and is gated. The Groovy Casita has loving upgraded interiors with new granite floors, white kitchen counters & new bathrooms. We have central AC, two smart TVs, a washer & dryer, and high-speed wifi. The parking space is inside a totally gated parking lot. The house has two 2/1 apartments (you’re staying in number 2), one studio with a patio on the other side of the house, and an RV on the back of the house.
