About the host

Left Alaska for the Army a few decades ago. Able to purchase this cabin for family and Grand kids. Will offer military rate for the rest of you guys still in uniform or completed service like Gramps. Get down there to Soldotna and enjoy the cabin and the fishing. Poles are available. HOT TUB AVAILABLE
Why they chose this property
This will be our retirement home when it's time to finally hang up the boots. This place is simply awesome and needs to be enjoyed. Can't be there 24/7 myself, but can share.
What makes this property unique
No noise. No traffic. Just fishing. Enjoy the HOT TUB. Kitchen cooks with gas. Has StarLink rated roughly 100-150 down. 75in Smart TV with DirecTV. Has King in Master Bedroom. Queen in ground forward bedroom toward kitchen. Upper has 2 ea loft areas with 3 twin and a Queen, forward over kitchen has 2 Queen and a twin with half bath. Total 2.5 latrines/Bathrooms. Outhouse outside for the adventurous (BYOTP). Fire pit outside with charcoal grill. Last item, DO NOT PET the MOOSE. Especially when with calves. Momma won't like it. Just stick to the porch and the camera. Same with stick to pictures of the Rabbits and Ptarmigan “Arctic grouse” found in Alaska. Grandma gave strict overs to Gramps (Me).
