This modern and pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome offers comfort, convenience, and style — perfect for business travelers, families in transition, or anyone looking for a long-term stay (30+ days). You'll love being minutes from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS), Costco, local restaurants, shopping, and scenic parks. With quick access to major roads, you'll have an easy commute anywhere in the city while still enjoying a peaceful, residential neighborhood.
The Space
Step inside to a warm and inviting living area designed for relaxation. Sink into the cozy sofa, turn on the smart TV, and unwind by the electric fireplace after a long day. The open layout flows into the dining area with seating for four, plus additional bar seating at the kitchen counter — perfect for meals, remote work, or casual coffee breaks.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for extended stays — modern appliances, ample counter space, plenty of storage, and a dedicated coffee bar complete with a drip coffee maker and filtered water dispenser. There's also a convenient half bath on the main level.
One of this home's sweetest touches is the built-in dog nook under the stairs — your furry companion will feel right at home too!
Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed, large smart TV, and private full bathroom. The first bedroom also includes a Keurig coffee station and mini fridge for a little morning luxury. Both rooms feature generous closet space and dressers for all your belongings. - Home is pet friendly, with up to two pets allowed. There is a $75/per pet fee for the reservation.
- The backyard is not fenced, and guests are responsible for supervising and cleaning up after pets at all times.
- We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels!
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
