PROS;The house is well designed and beautifully furnished.The view is spectacular.The appliances, furnishings, etc. are in great shape.We enjoyed using the ping pong and pool table.It's clean.The CONS:If you cannot sleep in daylight, this is not the place for you. The shades are see-through and let in the daylight.The downstairs is cold in the winter, with only floor heating which the owner wants to keep at a low temperature.Communication with the owner can be problematic. We were given the wrong door code. Mistakes can happen, but we had much difficulty reaching the owners to obtain the correct code. While standing in the cold outside the door or huddled with the car heater, we called them repeatedly, left several voice messages, and texted both of them about the problem. It took what we felt was an unreasonable amount of time to reach them, despite telling them what time we would arrive.
