Oceanview B/Huge 3 BD/2BA/Private Parking/Close to Beach/Shopping/Restaurants

Experience the charm of Oceanview B—a welcoming coastal retreat situated in the center of downtown Tybee Island. This spacious vacation home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests, making it an excellent choice for families or groups seeking a relaxing beach escape.

**Please note this is a two-unit condo and we are the bottom level so there is a unit above you & you might incur noise from above as any multi-unit complex.

You will park in the private parking area, on the right side. There are spiral stairs leading from the garage parking to the entrance of the unit. The spiral stairs are narrow. Once inside, everything is on one level but keep in mind, there ARE stairs to enter the unit.

The parking is tandem parking, meaning one car behind another car. It is shared parking with Unit A, which is located above Unit B. Again, for our unit, park on the right side of the garage.

Very difficult to access. The spiral stairs are the only way to enter the condo. For disabled or large people, especially carrying luggage, it was extremely uncomfortable. The stairs are so narrow it required even more trips to carry our belongings. There is another unit upstairs, and we could easily hear those occupants walking and children running.The unit itself is nice and comfortable. The location is wonderful. You can see a bit of the ocean from the balcony, and the beach and pier are a short walk away. Parking under the condo has space for two cars for each unit. There was an elevator on the property, but it was locked during our stay, and the email we received with our door code advised it was use at your own risk.

Thank you for your feedback Amanda. We realize the spiral stairs can be a bit tricky for some so that is why we are transparent with our description involving stairs and other guests. As with most multi-unit complexes, there is always a chance of hearing noise from other guests. Overall, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and the great location as well as the comfortable spacious surroundings inside.
