Open Dining Area connects Living Room and Chef's Kitchen, which is fully-equipped with breakfast bar, granite countertops, and commercial stainless appliances. French door opens to screened porch for outdoor dining and entertaining.

The Media/Game Room has sectional seating, media center, wood floors, and a ping pong table. There is a separate TV/Family Room with additional seating and TV. A first-floor bedroom has also been added. There is a half bath on this level as well.

Upstairs, the Primary Bedroom has vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, and a Primary Bath with double marble vanity, whirlpool tub and glass walk-in shower. A second Bedroom suite also has en suite bath with double pedestal sinks and shower. The two other Bedrooms share a full bath with double pedestal sinks and tub/shower.

All of downtown Edgartown Village with its restaurants, shops, beaches, harbor, and attractions is only a several block walk away.

We loved the size of the house with our 4 kids and their families The house is a short walk to town which was nice for those who wanted to grab a breakfast or lunch etc Some things to tell the owner:-pillows could be upgraded -beach chairs could be upgraded- an outside table could be niceIt's a great house and we enjoy it very much
