"The Folly+" is located 2 miles from Chambers Bay Golf Course. A 90 minute drive to skiing at multiple slopes. Take hikes in the Olympic peninsula and Cascades or sight see in Seattle ~ just 35 miles up north. Victoria/Vancouver B.C. are also an easy drives to fun. The Folly+ is a great location for getting to FIFA World Cup Games for "Football" fans, Mariner baseball, or the Seahawks with light rail, bus, or Sounder Train stops nearby.

You'll get a chance to meet us as we live in the home next door. Looking at the view, working in the garden, and walking our standard poodles keep us busy!
Why they chose this property
This house was built in the 70's by our neighbors and we have lived next door to the Folly Plus for 50 years. Spectacular vistas, close friendships, and a bevy of activities in the community at large are what we enjoy most about University Place.
What makes this property unique
In the midst of contemporary, modern homes, The Folly Plus stands out as an homage to Colonial New England both in its architecture and furnishings. A breathtaking 180 degree view, lots of space ~ much of it recently renovated, and a crystal clear swimming pool ~ open from May thru September, are but a few of the amenities this home offers.
