This upstairs unit sits above our garage with its own entrance, a comfortable queen bed, and easy access to Kaiser, major wineries, the Charles Schulz Museum, and walkable cafés, markets, and restaurants. A simple, convenient spot for work trips or wine country stays.
The studio includes a private treetop balcony, a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and blackout curtains for restful sleep. Thoughtful touches throughout make it easy to settle in and feel at home.
Guests enter through the side gate and follow a well-lit exterior staircase to the studio. Curbside parking is available right out front, and you’ll have a personal code for the garage, giving you anytime access to the shared washer and dryer.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is tucked away and unexpected, yet close to 3 different shopping areas with grocery stores, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. It's also a close drive to Kaiser Hospital, Down Town Santa Rosa and various wineries. We have a walking trail along side a creek and a very walkable neighborhood too.
What makes this property unique
Your unit is private. You have a private entrance from the front of the house and don't have to cross paths much. You feel like you have the space to yourself. We are also located in a court so there's not a bunch of thru traffic.
