While we're glad our team was able to resolve the leak quickly, we understand how first impressions matter and will be following up with our cleaning team to ensure nothing is overlooked—especially before a guest arrival. While the multi-level layout does provide great space and views, we understand it may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns and will work on clarifying this better in our listing.
