We thought it was closer to downtown Jax; however, the apartment did not disappoint! Newly renovated, good room sizes, clean, and safe.

Beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are a nice size. The host was great. He was easy to reach and solved our issue quickly. I would stay here again.
