You’ve already chosen one of the most beautiful destinations for your vacation—now it’s time to pick the perfect place to stay. We offer you a brand-new and unique home that is truly one of a kind in this area.

You’ll have access to two spacious bedrooms accommodating up to six guests. Each bedroom features a KING-size bed and an INDIVIDUAL bed (a crib is available free of charge). The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, fans, a TV, a private bathroom with hot water, and a hairdryer. We provide towels, organic soap, shampoo, and shower gel for your convenience.

An additional third bathroom is located in the garden.

The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cooking supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil, etc.), a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher and a large dining table made from local Guanacaste wood.
The water is drinkable.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and cozy lighting. Thanks to large sliding doors, you can seamlessly connect the terrace with the kitchen and living room, enhancing airflow and allowing you to fully enjoy the garden and pool.

The outdoor terrace is equipped with a grill, perfect for relaxing, cooling off in the pool, enjoying your favorite drink or Costa Rican coffee.

Playa Chaman and Playa Colonia are within walking distance along the beach. The area also features Playa Dominical and Playa Hermosa, two of Costa Rica’s top surf breaks.

For jungle lovers, waterfall seekers, and those who enjoy time by the river, there are several options just a short drive from the house. You can also visit the local markets on Wednesday and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM (El Mercado, Uvita, Puntarenas).
Nearby, you’ll find some restaurants and classic local eateries known as “SODAS.”
Grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, ATMs, and medical facilities are all within easy reach.

Parking space for two cars on the property. A 4x4 vehicle is not required to reach our home.
