This Vacation Beach Home embodies all the elements that make for a great family vacation experience. If you are looking for solitude, you’ve got it. Large family meals are a cinch in the artful and well stocked kitchen and top it off with a large dining area overlooking miles of magnificent beach and water views of the glorious coastline. If you are looking for some extra fun to entertain both kids and adults, you’ve got it with games, flat screen TV’s throughout, pool table, foosball, workout area, covered pool, and miles of beach.

The home consists of 3 levels. The main level includes a large open kitchen that is an entertainer’s delight with ample breakfast bar seating 2 dishwashers, a large open concept great room that opens to a spacious beach front balcony, a very large bedroom that offers 2 queen sized bed, a full bath, laundry area with two full sized washer & dryers. Topping this level off there is another sleeping area called the “fish bowl” room which offers spectacular views and is perfect for the kids. The fish bowl room is not a regular bedroom but we are counting it as one of the 4.

On the top level you will escape to an enormous master suite with both, a king and queen bed and mesmerizing views as far as the eye can see! Relax in the spa bath while reading a book and enjoying the views or enjoy your morning coffee on the private Gulf Front terrace. On the same level but on the other side of the home you will find the 4th Guest room with a full bath. Well-appointed with 2 queen beds, private terrace, desk space and large walk in closet.

Now that you know where you are going to sleep, eat, and relax, lets head down to the ground level for some fun. The ground level has a 2 car garage and opens to a large play area with foosball, pool, games and some exercise equipment. Step out the back door and you will find a heated pool, sunning area and 2 gas grills for barbecuing and enjoying beach side dining!

This property is equipped with 5 to 7 days of supplies including TP, paper towels, trash bags, soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent.

Fantastic property. Needs some owner’s TLC.

We stayed here 2 years ago and very much enjoyed ourselves. There were several non-functioning items and we left a note about them. (Game unit doesn’t work, only 8 of 17 functioning light bulbs over the dining room table, etc,etc.). Two years later, the same exact problems, only multiplied. Very worn carpet and furniture, a few deck furniture items were broken, the back door code lock did not work (or needed batteries?), etc. Such a gorgeous home and it just needs some attention. That being said, we still had a great time. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely use this company again. We would love to stay in the house again but may try something new next time.

Reviewer Comments: this properties location and views were very good, the house is gorgeous and well equipped.especially convenient was caddy bar and grill a short walk down the beach.and publix grocery store close by.the only issues were poor water pressure in the kitchen, a leak in a bedroom, and issues closing both the front and rear doors. But would still recommend staying here, and would rent again.

Great Vacation Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Kings Treasure location. The house was large with many activities and gave everyone room to hangout. We enjoyed the many amenities provided, especially the kayaks! The property location was perfect for access to the beach, shopping and even the emergency room!! The views to the ocean were amazing from both balconies and every window facing the beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and many beautiful sunsets! The property manager kept us informed of workers coming to the house and promptly responded to any needs or questions we had. Overall, this has been one of the best vacation rentals we have booked.
