Nice quite neighborhood centrally located for easy access to all areas of Cape Cod and the Islands. Freshly updated with brand new patio and outdoor shower in the sizable backyard. Two separate living areas with a living room and nice size porch. Master bedroom with en suite.
It's a short drive to bay side beaches including the ever popular Mayflower beach. Plenty of great restaurants, galleries, and shopping in the area. If your interested in seeing a show the Cape Cod Playhouse is nearby.
The Cape Cod Bike Trail with the just completed South Dennis entrance and parking area is nearby. If you want to hit the links the Dennis Pines and Highland golf courses are close by. The John Kelley Recreation area is a short distance away with basketball and tennis courts and softball and soccer fields. If you'd rather get out on the water there is a town landing just around the corner.

It was a great neighborhood. The house was very old. The foundation was slopping so you felt like you were leaning all the time especially using the back bedrooms and bathroom. You could literally put a water bottle on the kitchen table and it would roll down to the other end! The soap and shampoo wouldn't even stay on the holder in the shower. The house wasn't very clean we had to wash all the floors as they were very dirty. The owner was very responsive though as we had no hot water (which he turned on) and the fridge was broken. He purchased a new one and refunded the money we lost on the groceries we just bought. It felt like no one had been in the property in a very long time. Lots of dust and cobwebs etc.

Cape Cod

Great location and Don was responsive to questions, etc. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 children - home allowed for us to eat all meals there except when at the beach. Loved the backyard for evenings. Fire pit and patio table chairs. Great for dinners and s’mores later. We enjoyed this part a lot after long days at the local beaches. Plenty of linens and towels to go around as well. Two coolers and beach chairs available to use also. The only suggestions I would make is to provide a culinary set - not enough utensils for preparing/serving food as well as more serving dishes. Refrigerator worked well but the ice machine couldn’t keep up with our needs (simply being at the home—not for coolers). Washer and dryer very handy, two bathrooms and two seating areas to relax each with a television. Grocery etc is just a short drive and beaches are plentiful. Having a large group we stuck to the more accessible beaches. Red River Beach, Craigville Beach. Sure there are others. Hyannis close by 15min or so depending on traffic lots of shops and thrifting also plentiful. All in all a great week. Can’t wait to go back.

Family getaway to the Cape

The property was very nice, and in a quiet neighborhood. It has more than enough room for a family, and has all the necessities to spend a week. It is centrally located to pretty much everything on the Cape. There are many good restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops in the area. The property owner was extremely helpful, always quick to answer any questions I had. Thank you to the owner for helping make my family's week away excellent!

Great Location

This house was immaculate, in a lovely neighborhood, and centrally located to all Cape Cod has to offer. I particularly enjoyed my morning walks on Mayflower Beach, just 10 minutes away. The host was very responsive when questions came up.

Great getaway!

Wonderful home in an excellent neighborhood for walking with bike trails nearby. Close proximity to businesses and food. This was the perfect home for our ladies getaway week complete with comfy furnishings and plenty of space for games and relaxing! The owner was great to work with and even put a festive decoration for us on the table. Can't wait to book again next year

The owner Don was Awsome to deal with. House was very comfortable and so accommodating. Only down side were the neighbors. Kinda loud. But the stay was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Don was very easy to work with and got back to us immediately when we had a question. The house was exactly as listed and the location was great. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. We were very happy we had the porch as it was quite rainy while we were there and we were unable to enjoy the beautiful patio. We can't wait to go back again!

(1) location of the property is perfect for those who want the experience of the Cape.... this is 45-60 minutes from everywhere from Provincetown (at the tip of Cape Cod), to Plymouth and its happenings (90 minutes to Boston), to Fallmouth.... where everything in the Cape Cod can be experienced. As for the place/location, I honestly would say sleep 7 would be very comfortable (3 bedrooms, 1 BR with queen for 2, 1 BR with 2 twins so 2 people, and 1 BR with 2 twin and a queen/full? (not sure0, but would say 3-4 here....).... there is a daybed for 1-2 others... )... but a very comfortable house with plenty of options. I have said for me and my wife that we would absolutely look to returning to the same place in the future.

...nestled in a quiet neighborhood...3 bedrooms, 2 bath (1 ensuite) and great outside shower. Plenty of space to spread out, due to 2 living spaces. Fully appointed kitchen and a good sized yard for kids to play. Short driving distance to Mayflower, Corporation or Chaplin beaches.

Nice House with AC

Centrally located in Dennis, this house was great for our family vacation. The setup of the house was perfect for family with slightly different schedules (aka early risers vs people who like to sleep in) as bedrooms were separate from the main family space. AC was an added bonus as the week we stayed was very hot outside. It was very clean and owner was attentive to any needs we had. Outside patio area was very relaxing and the outdoor shower was great. A must when down the cape! Would stay here again.
