Please note that the patio is not fully private, so you might catch a glimpse of guests from the neighboring unit during your stay. Rest assured, each unit has its own furniture and grill, so you'll have your own space to relax and have fun.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is right by the beach. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than a 10-minute drive, and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use.

Bike and scooter rentals are also available!

Or you could also walk to the beach. Just a minute to the sand!

Please note: the nearest beach access/boardwalk is currently under renovation due to an ongoing city project. As a result, direct beach access may be limited, and guests may need to drive or walk to a nearby alternative access point. Construction may also occasionally take place on weekends. We want to be transparent so guests can plan accordingly before booking.
