Ground floor bungalow with terrace of 45 square meters. Living room with sofa bed 1.20 and air conditioning hot and cold. Kitchen with breakfast bar and washing machine, oven, hob, microwave .... Bathroom with bathtub and bedroom with 1 double bed of 1.35. Tv in the living room.
Gated community with pool in common areas and two jacuzzi. Sports center with tennis court, basketball, soccer and children's area.
The beach of carabasi is located 10 minutes from the bungalow walking and a few meters from the nudist beach. It has to 100 meters the clot of galvan, park of protected birds with picnic to make barbecue. Parking in front of the house.
Supermarket and restaurants within 3 minutes. Shopping center with mercadona, lidl, leisure and clothes shops at 2 km.

gut mit Potential nach oben

schöne Wohnung, ganz gut gelegen, aber die Küchenausstattung ist sehr mager, das Bett geht gar nicht.

Appartement conforme au descriptif, la propriétaire est très sympa. Proche de beaucoup de commodités, je recommande une voiture tout de même. Nous avons passé un bon moment sur place.

Room for Improvement

Arrived late ,after a difficult find "not quite where the advert implied ,however proved to be ideally placed. Close to bars shops and resturants, might be noisy during high season. Host was helpful and very pleasant. The apartment on first impression was dull, uninviting and basic but once we adjusted to the dark coloured décor it proved acceptable, just!!. however a hair dryer would have been useful a toaster and kettle in the kitchen would be great additions also, an upgrade of the mattress would also improve the comfort of of a nights sleep.having said all that a ideal place for a short stay.The pool area was really good when we finally got access. If the short falls were addressed would be happy to go back
