This newly built Rockaway Beach home has everything you need for a memorable getaway to the Oregon Coast, including a prime location within easy walking distance of the beach and the heart of downtown. Inside, you'll find new furnishings, elegant finishes (including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops), and plentiful space for relaxing after a day on the sand. Use the gas grill to host summer barbecues, and spend your evenings gathered around the air hockey table with your loved ones.

This home enjoys a wonderful location right next to Seaview Lake, just two blocks from the center of downtown and two more from the ocean beach. Head over to South Nehalem Avenue and head west to the beach, where you'll find long stretches of sand to explore in either direction. Or, catch a ride on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad for a quick trip down to the fishing village of Garibaldi five miles south.

Great place to regroup after a long day on the coast. Location was awesome, it gave us the chance to explore multiple coastal towns. The house was very well organized and easy to settle into. So nice to relax and take in the ocean.

Quaint little town centered amount other highlights. Wonderful girls getaway

We headed south all the way to Depoe Bay with lots of sightseeing along the way. Coming here as our resting spot was a pleasure. Plenty of roo to stretch out in.

Wonderful place

If you are looking for a quiet spot on the coast, this is your place. The home was very clean and the kitchen literally had every gadget you could imagine. It was a short walk to the beach or City Park and easy to walk to local restaurants. Would definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again.

Lovely home at Rockaway Beach

Highly recommend staying here. Very comfy, lots of room, & entertainment area was enjoyable playing Foosball & air hockey. Close walk to beach & downtown restaurants, local shops, dollar general, & ice cream shop. Will definitely come again! Recommend going to Kelley's to go crabbing & ride historical train.

Great place for 6 people. It is listed for 8 but futon in the garage is a stretch to say it can comfortably sleep 8.
